>claimed a 50% rise in their asset-backed derivative was entirely due to a trade war.
While admitting bitcoin is still young for a hedging asset, Grayscale nonetheless confirms belief in its future potential.

“While it is still very early in Bitcoin’s life cycle as an investable asset, we have identified evidence supporting the notion that it can serve as a hedge in a global liquidity crisis, particularly those that result in subsequent currency devaluations,” Beck concluded.

At the same time, theories about bitcoin’s price rally in May also lean towards the non-political, such as investors notionally experiencing FOMO (fear of missing out) after April’s initial surge.

>What's your take on precious metals?
don't hold any
my plan is to buy land, I have a big vegetable garden I cultivate with my father
we plan on buying more land and looking how to produce and promote locally sourced food and currently working out a business model with that aim
I think in the long term farming and providing naturally sourced foods will be a growing business and people will be willing to pay the premium for it
We have land we're looking at acquiring with really good long term potential for this kind of business model (will not state where exactly we're looking at)
if I even slightly make it from crypto, a portion will be set aside for these kinds of investments

link performed really well in the bear market
made a killing on linkpool shares as well
actually have about $18,000 in cash ready to buy up some more but will wait to see where we settle, I don't think we're done dipping but I don't realistically see it dropping back to $3,000

I figure we have another few months left to accumulate before things really start popping off. I could be wrong though but there are several indicators signaling that I'm not

unironically bullish as fuck

The US, the European Union and China need to investigate who is behind the manipulation of bitcoin’s price.

And since I happen to know Donald Trump and I also happen to know that the president reads my column regularly, that’s what I’m suggesting right now. No need to even make a phone call.

As I’ve said before, bitcoin is nothing more than a confidence game. It’s worth nothing if people suddenly lose their confidence in this fake digital currency. It’s backed by nothing. It’s the definition of a con.

That’s why people who are propping up bitcoin lose their minds whenever someone like me writes anything negative about it. That’s what happened on Tuesday.

Thanks, folks, for all the e-mails and tweets. Keep them coming!

I’ll keep them handy because I am sure that every one of these writers will be thrilled to defend bitcoin in front of investigators from the Securities & Exchange Commission, the Justice Department, the IRS, Homeland Security and any other agency that will eventually get in on the action.

Just so you know, I didn’t start this latest skirmish with the bitcoin, uh, let’s call them “enthusiasts.”

via the entry book inputs for loss and profit boundaries (measured in satoshis) you can establish loss and profits you are comfortable with to close out your position (whether up or down, you set for both cases)
this way you control your risk to losing satoshis on a bad deal while optimizing it for potentially gaining satoshis on a good deal
very great trading dimensions are available in this case, can't believe I didn't realize this sooner

Secondly; regarding fair value.

Here is BTC price vs Active Addresses, fair price puts it at ~8000 USD. Guess what, that's where it reached out to over the last couple of days. It's hard to see on this chart right now because the data at the end gets averaged out as we've only been on these levels for a day or so, but you get the point.
