The plan is to sell retro consoles. Not used retro consoles mind you. Newly manufactured retro consoles. Nintendo is the first partnership and will be re-releasing the 64 into production complete with a run of several iconic and niche games of the time. The price will be far lower than standard consoles due to the far cheaper cost of the internals, and the system itself will have slightly higher spec than the original release so that each game runs at a smooth framerate. There's already talks of a super nintendo and GBA rerelease but they're waiting for the results from the 64 first to give it the go ahead.

Microsoft isn't interested since they don't have a proper retro console and the original Xbox has very few games that people would want to purchase a new system to play. Sony is still on the fence but open to a PS2 rerelease, and will likely greenlight it if the 64 release does well, with a potential PS1 rerelease after. Sega hasn't been contacted yet but if these see big success they're thinking of trying to get the saturn and genesis in the future.
