The Fed raised rates and yet markets are almost completely numb. Macro still doesn't look good but at the same time even new bad news seems to have a muted effect because people are just worn out and most of the panic seller FOMO bros from last cycle have little to nothing left to dump.

I don't know about if the price has bottomed, but I do feel that market sentiment has been dragging along the bottom for months now.

IMO it's a good buy signal. Better than trying to time the actual price bottom perfectly (which may be already in).
