why does everyone in a skilled labour field in canada make the same regardless of industry?

college diploma, university degree, certificate, apprenticeship, it doesn't matter, you will start around 50k and work up to 90k throughout your lifetime (if you went to a top school multiply by 1.2). It's baffling to me how millions of international students willing to pay 3x domestic tuition for this.

The only gen z/millennial i know with fuck you money was top of the program and poached by an investment bank. They grinded him for 4 years before a suicide attempt, he quit and fucked off to SEA. Nobody has heard from him in months. Really hope he's doing okay, he was the only person I know handed the Canadian Dream
