For the last three presidencies we've consistently doubled the money supply, and hyperinflation is now a very real possibility. Especially if the FED doesn't raise interest rates quickly this year. Inflation and recession is absolutely guaranteed. All metals will skyrocket (with the exception of copper) after everything initially nosedives.

Start hitting the gym five days a week, eat well, make new friends, stack silver, guns/ammo and food, learn new skills like gardening and crafting goods, read books that give you skills. Do this and you'll be better off than 95% of people. That and infinitely happier.
