There are many chuds who unironically put all their $500 walmart paychecks into silver believing it will reach $1k over night and make them rich. They buy silver because they are too poor to afford gold, they like to post their seemingly big piles of bars to feel adequate, but it becomes embarrasing when you realize this seemingly impressive pile of medieval treasure is only worth a meager $5000 and is actually less then 3 small gold coins.
