Friendly reminder SWIFT won't even be using Chainlink even when it does finally start using distributed ledger technology (which is in at least 4-5 more years by the way).

Get it? Their OWN SWIFT Smart Oracle. That is NOT the chainlink network oracle

Never forget that banks are interested in the blockchain technology, NOT some fucking ERC20 shittoken made by some journeyman who walked away from NXT. All you autists who are constantly harping on about "the SWIFT announcement" are absolutely deluded. Another kind anon shared this article about SWIFT and blockchain last night but it didn't get noticed. It was behind a payall so it flew under the radar but Linkies will love it. It also brings up Singapore.

Thoughts? What does this mean for the future of Chainlink? Chainlink isn't hugely drastic to implement right? The do bring up the nostro reconciliation poc but that seems like a much bigger overhaul of their systems than Sergey's poc.

This one kinda flew under the radar recently (perhaps because it's only available to subscribers), but what, if any, bearing does this news have on Chainlink's work with SWIFT? To me it seems like SWIFT are still some way off on deciding to fully implementing blockchain technology.
