As quick on the gun as the Biden administration is on literally everything else they care about, they still sleep on crypto regulation.
It's virtue signalling.
Anti-crypto legislation always is.
Go ahead, make a bill. It won't pass. The people that have to agree with it are either invested or being lobbied by the other side of the fence, trying just as hard to keep it legal.
