Is there anyways I could get a 10000 dollar loan to trade forex with? I've been trading small amounts and I'm pretty confident in my trading skills at this point but I don't have the funds to start doing this for a living yet.

>BTC wasn't an investment, per se. I just saw it going up by the day and it looked like more of a stock to me, than an actual currency. Especially because it was traded on an exchange
Reading this gave me brain damage.

It's like printing money. I made 48k€ today in just 3 EUR/USD trades. Wagecucks will ironically work an entire year for less.

Finally got some money and free time, now I'm looking to get back into Forex. Anybody have any recommendations for brokers? It's only a small account of around $5k USD, so if anyone knows of a broker that offers withdraws other than strictly wire transfers, it would be greatly appreciated.

I'm thinking of going with IC Markets, since my previous broker decided to blanket ban Canadian traders because my government is fucking retarded.

Hey /biz/, getting into Forex. Any words of wisdom? What broker do you use?

Ideally, I'd like to find a platform that has a good mobile option, or at least an application that doesn't require a beast of a machine to run.

My desktop is great, but I intend to do a lot of trading on my laptop whenever I'm not home.

I've been looking at Ameritrade's Sink or Swim. The only real drawback seems to be the $75 withdraw fee and some moderate comissions, but as far as tools go - it doesn't seem like it can't be beat.

I would consider getting into Crypto instead, but it seems like too much a gamble and I know very little about it.
I've been dabbling with Forex for years, and finally have the revenue to invest.

Why.is this not possible?

I made a mistake, and I will offer you a deal to help me make it right again.
It's very simple; I am invested in a company. My money is locked in said company, together with the company's bonus, until i invest a certain amount of money. I don't have to make a certain amount of money, the only prerequisite for withdrawal is investing a certain amount.
I want to leave the company.
I neither have the time, nor the skill to trade the required amount to withdraw, so if one of you would help me (indicate what i should invest in at what times) I will give you 10% of the withdrawn money.

Would it be dumb to get into Forex trading without much knowledge and just play it safe and buy when something's low and sell when it's high?

I've read the "School of Pipsology" online lessons which are really basic, but that's about it.

The thing is, I don't want to gamble my money, so I assume this would be safer, even if it's just very minor wins or losses. I still spend my time off learning about Forex, but I can't get this idea out of my head that it's a lot more simple than it's made out to be, that it's basically just buying and selling fast and paying attention to charts.

I know this is all utterly retarded but I need someone to tell me I'm wrong and change my mindset. I don't think this is an easy way to make big money, but I do think it's a steady and low-risk way.

Hello, I'm thinking to put my first investment in BTC/USD FOREX. Someone with experience may give me some advice? What about to test my luck in this weekend?

It's a small amount, 0.001 BTC, only to test.

I'm starting this thread because a close friend of mine is being sold on the idea of forex.

We are both interested in investing in stocks. Right now I'm waiting on a year to finish college, get an engineering career and start investing some income to create passive income. In the meantime I'm studying up on business general and everything that can help on trading stock. Internet/books/etc.

He's a little more hands on and has not done that much research on it. He lives in Mexico, has a job and some good money at this point. A Forex team just recently came to town and is saying that they just recently open it's doors to Mexico. This team is offering him the Forex app for him to trade stocks manually under Forex guidance in the form of alarms to your phone when a stock seems like an appropriate buy/sell. It can also run on automatic and just invest your money for you on the given alarms. Catch is there is a monthly payment of $175/mo to have the app.

They are also doing a pyramid scheme in which if you bring in 3 more people you no longer have any monthly payments.

How badly is he getting fucked?

I already told him that he should first read up and research everything on stocks and then think about throwing the money on it.

I told him the pyramid scheme aspect of it sounds sketchy to me.

Of course the biggest catch is that in order to be profitable at all you would have to play with a capital of 2k at least and hope to make about 10% monthly to cover the $175.

So the only way to go is come in with 3 people ready to sign up so you don't have to pay those $175/mo and even then you're still just playing stocks with forex where you can win or lose.

Main question I have is has anyone made good money with Forex??

>Forex general
>Forex made me rich/poor
