I need to come up with a stock allocation for my 401k. I have 30k sitting in a target fund. Is it still a good time to go 100% stocks? Or is it a bad time?

I was going to do like 60% large domestic cap like vanguard total fund. 10% mid maybe 10% small, 20% international.

But maybe I should go like 20% bonds or cash
