>have mech engineering degree
>get rejected by most engineering companies with 3.5 gpa and good portfolio/internship
>have to work in HVAC sales for 50k/year for 3 years with promise of commission in the future
>always comes out to less than that
>everyone in the office has an mech engineering degree but ended up there
>realize boss is asshat
>quit
>find job as operating engineer at supermarket distribution center
>degree not required but helped land job
>now work 3 or 4 12 hour shifts a week for $36/hour
>overtime is handed out like candy
>Sundays holidays and anything over 40 hours in the week is 1.5x pay
>my job is to write down numbers from gauges all day
>eat all day because supermarket
>employee gym on site
>get to walk around all day instead of sitting at desk dying
>can take breaks whenever I want
>no Stacie's to be seen all day
>coworkers are all hunting bros who shit on Democrats all day
>not even on the Trump train but they still respect me and are funny as fuck

If you need a fucking office job you deserve to be gassed, trades/unions are the way to go in every way. Pic related is now my life as compared to being a faggot desk jocky
