So does a mercedes or a rolex.

And EVs account for a small amount of all cars. With growing popularity more companies will enter the race and TSLA will lose its monopoly over its extremely small market.
And EVs are only a thing in the US and Europe so far, where people can afford to buy a car for inner city transport and a plane ticket for everything over 1000km. It will take decades before EVs will really be popular in countries like Russia or China.
Look at these numbers. TSLA sold 1/10th of Ford cars Q2. In the US alone.
