A big problem with celiac is that many people think they know how to heal the gut, think they know how it is caused, claim to have healed someone close to them with an unrelated gut disease, ect. It's genetic. The only thing you can do about it is eating well and more importantly avoiding gluten. Celiac disease was everywhere and isn't a just a modern ailment. For many generations there were always sickly kids and sickly people. We now know that most of these people had celiac disease. Do not drink coffee, it is frequently cross contaminated and filled with mycotoxins and pesticides, plus the acidity will stop your stomach from healing as quickly. Haribo gummies are literally made with wheat syrup and are not gluten free. Retard anon is correct about avoiding "gums" which are emulsifiers. These are very much associated with all sorts of ailments, but only eating unprocessed food should take care of it. Retard anon is also correct about beans, not great for gut health in general. And once more, retard anon is correct about a low fodmap diet helping, I followed it when I was recently diagnosed and reintroduced some stuff back in. Beware of oats, as it must be certified gluten free oats. Also, I typically avoid oats because 20-30% of celiacs cross react to a similar protein in oats anyways. Beware of onions sauce, as it contains wheat, which makes all asian food that you don't prepare yourself off limits.
