Negro have you read the complaint? It's 71 pages long. About 20 pages are internal Ripple communications and interviews with Ripple employees. Including internal Ripple discussions about how they're likely to be regulated as a security, listing the several reasons why.

Their only hope of a defense is to try to claim they're a currency. But SEC has 71 pages of them acting like it's not, and discussing how they're not.

You could've shorted literally any other token and had success. With Link you've got something that a) not only has a unique use case but is absolutely necessary for DeFi, but b) has the most autistic, impervious holder base who wouldn't sell when LINK was priced in cents, and now, years later, when we're all holding huge bags in massive massive profit, you want to try to convince us it's all a scam!
