Don't expect to make insane gains over very short periods of time. Put in however much money you are willing to effectively lose over a period of a few months to a year. Real gains come from allowing a project to reach its full potential and for its corresponding token's valuation to reflect the position that project holds in a particular market. In the case of RBC, if you've bought now, you are very early, both in terms of this project's history and in terms of the market in which it will be competing (decentralized finance). Do yourself the favor of learning as much as you can about any tokens you hold and how their respective projects relate to the market in general. This will give you a better sense of what exactly it is that you are buying and can put to rest a lot of the fear and confusion that you'll encounter browsing /biz/ and trying to distill good advice from shitposts, LARPs, and people who are by necessity placing their own interests above yours. /biz/ is a great resource and can be a really fun community, but nothing will serve you better in the long run than learning how to think and act on your own.
