First thing you need to do is come up with a name and register the domain. Use someone like GoDaddy. There are scammers out there that will data mine public info on newly registered businesses and scoop up the URL if you haven't already.

Second is register a LLC with your state. Simply google search "Register LLC with [state]". There are multiple types of companies, but LLC's are easiest and most flexible. It costs $100 annually to hold a LLC.

Boom! Now you have a business
