I don't really have any advice that would have 100% success rate, but I can tell you a few things that improved my life. I'm not depressed btw, but I was diagnosed with schizophrenia.
The first thing I started doing was going on walks, it's a pretty basic thing, you can even upgrade it to going running. Going outside is good for you.
To cope with dark thoughts I originally started writing a diary, but it was too depressing to read, so I got into creative writing. There is a good exercise to get the brain juices flowing if you're interested in creative writing - try to write three pages per day every day. Nothing specific, just write everything that comes into your mind, even the most basic things. Do this for a few weeks and you'll stop feeling conscious about your writing.
Finally I got into philosophy, nothing specific, I just read something from every imaginable philosopher. To be fair, most of philosophy is hot garbage, it's just complex ways of saying nothing. But if you want to read something from someone who was "functionally depressed" you might appreciate reading Schopenhauer. I personally prefer Nietzsche but Schopenhauer is good too. If you want to get more wild I recommend reading Tao Te Ching, I like to read it every once in a while.
Well, those three things helped me, so they might help you too. Either way, I hope you can help yourself to enjoy life more.

First thing first - hold unless you've already panic sold. I'd say this is a temporary dip and crypto will end up doubling by summer. It's not guaranteed, but might as well take your chances at this point. Secondly, you need to get your life in order. You say you don't have a job, a family or someone to love you. Well, ask yourself this - why do you not have these things? Is it simply a passing phase because of a bad situation? Is it because of a lack of motivation or because you're not self-confident or your expectations too high? I refuse to believe it's because you're a complete loser, everyone has something they're good at, so I'm sure there's something you can do, some problem you can fix to get your life in order.

For me it was a combination of things. I expected impossible things from other people, I always kind of wanted the sort of pure friendships and romantic relationships you see in fiction, but here's the thing - those things don't exist. Real life is full of imperfections, and only when I accepted them was I actually able to make friends and let go of my ex. Another big thing for me was a lack of motivation. This can be caused by many things. I was always demotivated because my parents and even my 'friends' would constantly tell me how to do everything, and I'd let them "overrule" me and would do things their way. This would leave me constantly unsatisfied because I started feeling like I don't have control over my own life. Only when I stood up for myself and started asserting myself did I start to feel in control, and suddenly I felt much more motivated to do things.

The last things you need to do is to understand you're not going to magically "make it". You'll likely never be a millionaire or a main character in this show. Try to accept your position in the world and make the best of it. Understand that people lived much worse lives and yet were able to find happiness.
