No sir, again thinking too small. The pendulum is not real, they control the pendulum. The universe is both chaotic and orderly all the same, they cannot create order within choas or vice versa, but they can ride the waves and catch onto the paradigms before anyone realizes what is happening, they are truly free and can utilize that. They can move the momentum of a choatic event into a controlled and rythmic structure of reality. I know this sounds highly schizo but it is as close to the truth as I can quantify in words alone. Furthermore they create their own reality, as the saying goes you have to create your own luck.
You are also wrong that they are bound by physical law, even death does not bind them. Lazarus was raised from the dead, a parable yes but a kernel of truth resides within that parable. Those who realize death is not the end of learning will prosper in many ways.
