people who think this is a big deal don't understand why decentralised oracles are important.

this shit is not decentralised at all, they just provided code to capture http outcalls. Tigris already coded their own https outcalls.
Mina can capture https outcalls as an example and no one thinks they are a revolutionary oracle.


the oracle node providers and the price reference data are the important aspects.

1. being able to call any https data refence is fucken stupid. You all see how fucken CMC gets sometimes. what if i called that as a node and a coin on CMC bugs and goes up 10 0000 00% or down 10 00000%? - you are fucked is what you are.

2. the game theory mechanics for node operators are more lenient than fucken api3 and also don't deal with the risk in point 1.

and fuck me. i just looked at their discord - see pic related. this shit is a Chinese scam. ' community driven project'. literally and unironically fuck you OP
