I found some listings for Japanese coins for you, anon. However, it's difficult for two reasons:
1) Everything is in Japanese, so unless you're fluent in moonrune, it's back-and-forth with google translate to navigate, decipher etc.
2) Foreigners can't bid/get stuff shipped, so unless you use a VPN and have a friend in Japan to receive it and ship it to you, you're SOL.

Basically they bid on it for you, receive it and ship it to you. I've never used them and therefore can't vouch for them, but they seem to have good reviews and a good rep, and good customer service.
