14 and 0 delinquent. Once time goes on and delinquencies catch up I’ll be happy with 8% apy. And yes I’m doing one or two $25 notes a month just to experiment. I finally bought a new note using interest paid to me. My goal is to get to the point where I can invest in 1 or 2 notes a month using only the interest paid to me and stop using outside capital.
