Deflation is seen as bad because it can destroy corporate profits due to employee's wages getting stronger, thus kickstarting redundancies which in tern creates less spending in the economy. Personally I view deflation as the economy correcting itself by getting rid of pointless business ventures. Keynesians hate it because they believe in infinite growth in a finite world which is why they do not give a shit about stealing from the future with ever increasing fiat credit.

Yeah, good point. The fiat system is going to implode eventually because it's debt based. To save a fiat system you have to raise interest rates higher than inflation, or ban inflation itself. We all know this isn't going to happen because the western banking system would have done it by now.

I'm not using steam much anymore, do they really now sell general software there? But anyways: Some PC software would make sense for the heavy lifting, but I'm not that autistic that I just whip out my thinkpad when shopping, so I'd prefer something for iOS and android.
