If you're looking for places to invest, the first place to look are the top recipients of H1B visas (i.e. skilled workers emigrating to the US) - countries such as:

>Philippines
>Taiwan
>Mexico
>Pakistan

Countries like China and India are far too big (and developing quickly), and others like South Korea are already quite developed, but the others like the Philippines are excellent examples. Some others I'd take a look at:

>Thailand
>Georgia (the country)
>The Balkans
>Indonesia
>Colombia
>Uruguay
>Argentina (especially recently)
>Morocco
>Egypt
>Vietnam
>Cambodia
>Sri Lanka

There are plenty of others. There are lots of opportunities in a place like India granted just how big it is and how many 'skilled' workers there are, both locally and abroad.

I would also avoid Africa. You know why.
