Alright /biz/, I think it's time someone told you the truth about crypto.

We big boys throw lots of money into crypto primarily with the hopes that the price will drop. Why? Because this is how you accumulate a constant supply of tax write offs known as "capital loss"- up to 3k per year and this carries over if you lose more than 3k in one year but then the next year the price skyrockets- you still get the remainder of those capital losses to go towards next years tax deductions.

Now you understand why you need to stop bumping the price. You're just throwing away your money.
