Better systems for accepting payment and integrating crypto into business accounting would be a start. Exchanges should be pursuing this and pushing businesses to get on board with them directly. Make it extremely convenient for users to pay businesses directly through their exchange, especially via phone. The exchange should be accepting payment and managing reserves on the business's behalf. But either exchanges are just lazy or regulations are an issue or we're just too early. Or a new third party will eventually pop up to bridge the gap.
But basically it's just financial infrastructure that's not there yet.
