I finaly saw one of these today IRL. It was next to a barn and was smaller than the horse trailer parked 20 ft away. I can't believe people blow 50 grand on these things. You can get a mint condition used 30ft travel trailer for $5000, and you will have way more space. I only respect it as a form of avoiding (((property taxes))).

Just bought a used travel trailer for $4k and parked it behind the apartment building I'm rehabbing. If anybody asks, it's my construction office and I work long hours. Moving in next week and renting out my current flat to a couple cute wagies. I've live in an office for a few months, a closet sized studio in Tokyo for a year, and even spent a month in a tent so a 200+sqft trailer is no problem.
