The fear caused by the coming financial chaos will create more fools. The story of CBDC's, their inevitable adoption, and how crypto will play a role in that future is one story I can think of off the top of my head that could create a new bull market in crypto. Couple that with a out of control inflationary environment and people will be led to do and believe what the powers tell them. All it takes is an event and a rumor.
