idk I'm just dealing with a client who does real estate lending that's been a headache for most of the company and especially has screwed me this week. I took a breather to clean up my apartment and heard my boomer landlady giving a tour for one of the building's vacant units giving some passive aggressive FOMO speech to a prospective tenant. as an attorney, a client like Craig is fucking dangerous. He's a psychopathic liar. You cannot trust a word out of his mouth, yet you're relying on him completely to tell you the truth in order to win the case. When your client is constantly and consistently lying, and the Judge/opposing counsel have caught on/can prove it, you're fucked.

When Craig's counsel submitted that list of addresses and claimed they were Craig's, they've perjured themselves. Yeah, a lawyer "shall not knowingly make a false statement of material fact." Submitting that list might not have been "knowingly" making a false statement of material fact, but they're getting awfully close.

I would not be surprised to see Craig's counsel withdraw, and see Craig having new legal counsel at some point in this suit/eventual trial.
