what are we actually looking for in the jobs report? more jobs = good or bad?

I'm about to start applying for wage slave positions again (but I'm in law) and my resume looks a lot like this, except Education comes first, then work experience, then stuff that doesn't matter much last (i.e. "skills & knowledge" "academic projects")

At least in law, people want to know 1) what your education is like and 2) where you've worked. They really don't give a single fuck about what your interests are or what you claim to be skilled at. Maybe CS field is different, I don't know
