Market activity isn't (supposed to be) a contributing factor in the Fed's decision on interest rate. They primarily use inflation and economy data for that. However, said inflation and economic data is not showing anything that would give them pause in the already stated plan of 5.6% (two more 25 boop hikes this year). They are likely to do the next 25 at the end of July meeting.
