You basically don't have to do anything, just buy bitcoin, leave it for a week, and see 5-10% gains.
And why you use Ripple to test trade?
Now matter how good trader you are, it's different, you need to get used to sats value and fiat value if you want to start trading alts along with the correlation of it and btc.

You probably saw the increase today and wondered why. Well apparently they are, for some reason, market buying their own coins and burning them with profits from another company.. I don't get it entirely, but I will throw money into it as they say they have cleared it with Bittrex..they will be doing this 3 times over the next 7 days so I guess do your own research if you want to get in.
