Ethereum seems to do whatever Bitcoin does.

For instance, at 1500 today, Bitcoin and ETH basically dropped simultaneously. What drives this phenomenon?

Is Ethereum reacting to a change in Bitcoin, and if so is there is a useful delay (as in a window of a few minutes) in which Bitcoin losses can be used as a useful predictive marker that Ethereum will soon follow, or is it near simultaneous due to bots / automatic trading such that nothing useful can be gained from the pattern being observed?
