Just looked the "famous" 0.18 ETH per 1RBC transaction.
It couldn't be filled by limit function because - plat.fee (0.15 ETH) and swap fee (0.05 ETH) give a total cost of 0.2 ETH while the author of the order offered "only 0.18 ETH per RBC".
When he wanted to do it as a limit order where 1 RBC would cost 0.18 ETH he should have had offered 0.2+0.18 so total of 0.38 ETH for an exchange of 1 RBC.
Of course the swap fee can change fast so it's always wise to leave a bit more ETH to fill it, I usually leave 100-200USD worth of ETH for swap fees.
Basically the dude just underpaid for swap gas.
He hoped to execute the swap with 0.01 ETH as a swap fee.
