Icahn is still involved somehow, or else why would RC post that picture? I'm of the belief that Icahn still has an open short position from the sneeze, and he is going to close said position soon.

If Icahn really does still have an open short position on GME from the top of the sneeze, then Ken must have seriously shit his pants after this picture was posted. Icahn doesn't seem like the type of guy to cellar box, so I'd expect that he intends to close (buy back shares) his shorts on GME.

I wonder how many times Kenny has tried to reach out to Icahn after this picture was taken? Must be scary knowing someone like Icahn can completely fuck you over.

Icahn closing his shorts is officially going to be the excuse for the next big runup. And if Icahn truly does have GME short, they definitely aren't new and most likely shorted from the ATH. Someone of Icahn's caliber absolutely wouldn't be creating new short positions in GME now. Also Icahn doesn't strike me as someone to naked short, which means again if he does have shorts on GME, he absolutely intends to close them at some point.

Also it's worth noting that Icahn is wearing shorts in this picture.
