From the very first toilet slides, Sergey has always included BTC in his slides regarding crypto and Chainlink. But with CCIP having been released, will this finally be the catalyst to unlock all the liquidity of Bitcoin on smart contract platforms? Wrapped bitcoin seems like a clunky stop-gap solution, and with Ben Chen (The founder of wrapped bitcoin) having left his own project to work on CCIP it seems as though Bitcoin will be a much larger part of DeFi moving forward.

So many altcoins came out over the past year and I missed a lot of them mainly due to panic selling. Do you think there will be as many opportunities in the next few years in crypto as there were over the past year?

When LINK gets to $1000 EOY, even linklets will be paranoid as shit, and anyone with a decent stack will have to have serious precautions in place to keep their gains safe. What is the most secure way to store cryptos long term? What security do exchange cold wallets use? This is what I'm thinking of doing:

>Split linkies between 5 Tezor and 5 Ledger hardware wallets.
>Stamp seed phrases into stainless steel
>Set up 10 security deposit boxes at 10 different banks
>Store half of seed phrase from Ledger Wallet 1 and Tezor Wallet 1 at Bank 1, half of seed phrase from Ledger Wallet 1 and Tezor Wallet 1 at Bank 2, etc..
>Wait until staking goes live and I can split up my stack between various 3rd party staking pools.

Are paper wallets generated on an offline, air gaped PC running Ubuntu worth it? I know Ledger isn't fully open source, but Tezor is and there isn't any theoretical way to exploit them is there? I'm kind of a retard so I like the UI of hardware wallets.
