Easiest way is to actually list your IG for sale on the actual IG account itself. Then you have full control. EpicNPC is a good place to start but they ban everyone and everything if you just so much post a meme.

Start small, but in a niche that isn't as competitive. I usually look at Google Trends for what people search for the most, e.g. 4 years ago it would of been vegan foods etc. so create accounts based on that and just automatically repost shit from other accounts using something like www.yes.al (sign up for a trial its good for reposts)

Reposts, hashtags, tagging people (THAT FOLLOW YOU AND YOU FOLLOW - if not IG will disable your account) Make sure you have a valid phone number and email to the IG account and link it to a facebook page so incase buyer tries to scam you you can get it back.

When selling the account make sure to include the original email address too, it will increase the value of the account.
