GE's last low in 2018 took 1.5 years to get back to 10.00 or higher, hasn't been past 20.00 since late 2017 and dropped 60% in 2018.. and another energy/oil drop this year from corona. Are you sure about that? Unless you plan on going 3+ year long with GE I wouldn't bother..
