Yes, but the EPS estimate is almost 6x last quarter's earnings while XOM/CVX was closer to 2x and both XOM/CVX got hit hard with futures contracts eating into their profits last quarter while MPC didn't have as much of an issue.
I mean, don't get me wrong I'm expecting them to do better than last quarter, but the estimate just seems off.

A good agent, in theory, is there to lend expertise and help you navigate bureaucracy and avoid being scammed, as well as trying to understand your needs and help you find properties based on that. Ofc in reality a lot of them are lazy shitheads who won't help you much and who don't care if you get scammed to long as you sign and they get their cut, but that is what their function is supposed to be.
