this is very well documented fat eating has huge impact on both cholesterol and triglyserides (when pour blood if you have high tri you will literally see that fat float on thinner blood :) ) but even 140 total cholesterol is rather high, it's borderline levels that will cause plaque build up. this is because most vegans pour oils on their salads and such, this is still harmful practise. im not advocating 100% vegan diets or anything, but check out blood works regularly!
