But at the COMEX, 99% of all trading is done by people who are only interested in the derivative instrument not the underlying commodity, so you get a completely fraudulent exchange where the derivative price determines the "price" of the metal. SLV is an unaudited, non-transparent vehicle for allowing JPM to buy silver on the cheap while scaring everyone else away.
