Speaking of 9s. Shareholders are class 9 and the remaining funds from the fraud disbursement will pay out to the shareholders.
The problem is the money recovered will only be split amongst the 117M share holders. So if the brokers are naked short they will margin call the shorts and force them to close. So when we get our $45 per share, brokers will be issued money only to cover the actual shares they own. The obligation to pay will not be limited to the funds they receive.
Hence the shorts are still open and margin calls in the Pre Market are IMMINENT.
Class 6 has paid out and 7&8 will take no time or money at all. We could hear about the Class 9 payout literally at any second. The document could have dropped already for all we know.
Hence all the seething today.

If new shares are issued to existing shareholders and the old shares were naked short, that will imply there is a shortage to be issued, correct?
Therefore for every share of Teddy (for example) I receive for my BBBYQ shares there will be a shortage and those short positions will be opened on the shortsellers. It will be the shorts who will be responsible for closing their books and getting margin called. Otherwise it falls on the broker. The entire point of having a margin account is that shorts have to pledge collateral to engage in leveraged trading such as short selling. Hence to satisfy the shorts, the brokers will margin call the shorts and close out their accounts by confiscating ALL of their assets and buying Teddy shares from the longs as it squeezes.
Simple, really.
