3D modelling seems like one of those things that AI could get really good at, but you'd still want to know quite a lot about it so that it's only being used as a shortcut while you fix the mistakes yourself by knowing exactly what the AI did wrong from having the skills to do it yourself albeit slower.
You can get really good at 3D modelling with Blender and YouTube and a ton of practice. Just follow some tutorials and eventually try to make something you like with it and do that a lot. We have long lives, you may as well get an extra hobby for your own projects. If you do your own modelling, your own storyboard, your own coding, your own everything, you will feel unstoppable. The sky will be the limit of your creativity. You must have no expectation of profit from the work of others. Especially him. He does not work for you. He has never worked for you.
