Try tick charts. Like, 500 ticks or lower. RSI is fine but it mostly shows "extremes" in price. I much prefer relying on trend direction and momentum. Beyond that it's just pullbacks and risk management. The crazy thing is how simple it is at the end of the day. I went through at least 2 years early on with trying all sorts of different combinations of all sorts of different indicators, both common and esoteric.

Now all I use are 2 moving averages and a momentum oscillator. That's literally all you need. The rest is risk management. Realize that if your reward is twice your risk, you can literally get half of your trades wrong and still be making bank. I feel like that's the biggest problem with plebs, they don't realize that fact. It's risk ratio vs. winrate. If trend is up and momentum is up you probably want to be finding pullbacks to go long on, you know what I mean? It sounds so common sense that I don't know why everyone doesn't do it, yet here we are.

Why doesn't anyone ever give any good advice here? The only thing anyone ever got right here was GME and that coomcat guy was mocked and ridiculed beyond belief. What's the point of this general?
