There seems to be a probe into the financial system going on, and it seems that bbby is a part of it based on some of the lawyers involved. I think that alone was worth investing a bit of money in. If you don’t agree that’s fine, there’s a valid short thesis too. Shorts itt do seem a bit less comfy than holders. I don’t think their brokers are actually letting them close. For how much shorts ask for proof of future disbursement (if I had that info it would be insider trading) they can’t seem to post proof of their short being closed (not insider trading).
