>prove that the stock will go up in the future
Have shills not heard of speculative investing? Do you want me to hop in my Time Machine and let you know how this ends? Picrel shows that there may be more than meets the eye when it comes to bbby. There seems to be a probe into the financial system going on, and it seems that bbby is a part of it based on some of the lawyers involved. I think that alone was worth investing a bit of money in. If you don’t agree that’s fine, there’s a valid short thesis too. Shorts itt do seem a bit less comfy than holders. I don’t think their brokers are actually letting them close. For how much shorts ask for proof of future disbursement (if I had that info it would be insider trading) they can’t seem to post proof of their short being closed (not insider trading).

Here's the rundown on Nick Lewin. The 3 board members appointed by RC have tapped into an insurance fund specifically meant to provide them with legal representation. Shelly Lombard, one of the board members, has appointed Nick Lewin as her lawyer (as seen in docket 2404). Nick Lewin seems to have just as interesting of a work history as Michael Goldberg. He also founded his own firm and has heavy connections to the FBI. Worked in FBI special counsel for Robert Mueller, prosecuted terrorists, and even recently was involved in prosecuting a company who may have violated laws involved in working with Ukraine (based much?). Why would this man, who has been involved in some of the most high profile civilian and military glowops, suddenly decide to represent a director of a bankrupt public company that will soon be forgotten to history. Unless of course, this is all a white hat operation. Shills, I would recommend contacting your lawyers and shutting off your phones asap.

We do like to talk about the fbi and DOJ plants that are about to conclude their short selling probe by bending Kenny and co over. But you don’t want to talk about that. Almost like I can talk about whatever I want, but you can’t. Why is that?
