Is there any job that's more hopeless and indicative of your failure in life than being a job recruiter? Most of the ones I've known basically know how fucked the job market is, and they see so many desperate Millennials coming to them every day thinking that they can help them.

My recruiter friend said they will purposely refer people to these jobs knowing that they won't get them just so they can collect a paycheck. Recruiters are basically paid to lie to your face and give you false hope while they struggle with their own alcoholism and inadequacy in life. How they don't kill themselves is beyond me.

Anyone have any experience with recruiters they would like to share?

All the years I've spent on this shithole could have finally paid off if only I'd listened. At least I haven't lost money yet.
