I can put touhou edm on and get all my shit done for the day in 2-3 hours with no distractions at home. There's so much wastage in office work between commuting, small talk, "meetings" and general office bureaucracy. But I work as an Insurance Underwriter so it may be different elsewhere. Crypto-currency itself is steeped into relatively high-level mathematics, programming, cryptography, networks, etc. but trading itself is pretty easy and can be picked up with any Finance 101 course. Investopedia is the staple for the real easy terms and basic principles, which is really all you need.

The same way you turn your current paper money into monopoly money, except backwards. Normally it should go like this:

>you transfer money from your own bank account to the exchange (think of this like your trading account)
>you use the money on your trading account to exchange for crypto at the market rate, you now have crypto in your trading account
>you keep exchanging on your trading account between various currencies at the market rate, going back and forth between real money and crypto
>eventually if you traded well you have more real cash in your trading account than you originally wired to them
>you then tell the exchange to wire it back to you
