How fake is this fake, bros?

I thought the coin looked pretty sus, but the seller seems legit (lot of sales, 100% positive, 20 years old account,..) so i'm wondering if the phone he used simply took crappy shots?
No details on the auction beside "greek hemi", but i've already seen this design before : it's a Mysiam, Parium's hemidrachm.
