>safety card (you know how to work safely)
>road safety card (you know how to work safely on roads with a vehicle)
>environment safety card (you know how to work in a way that is safe for the environment)
>municipal street work card (gives you the permit to work in the municipality in question, because why the hell not?)

If anon would like become a miserable dishwasher in a restaurant, he should have at least a hygiene card, so that he could demonstrate that he know how water boils at 100 Celsius and freezes below 0. He doesn't need it but it is still required.

All these cards cost money and you need to renew them after 2-5 years depending on the card and employers want to hire people who already have them in their pocket which in turn creates the problem of getting your foot in an industry. You can pay for the cards for yourself but it's hard if you're low on money and employment still isn't guaranteed after that.

Every entrepreneurial person in this country should just fuck off to Germany and peddle their wares back to Finland via internet.
