Anyone that says we are headed for deflation knows jack shit about economics. We are currently going through disinflation which is a precursor to inflation and hyperinflation. Fiat currencies cannot go through deflation, they literally print as much money as they need to in order to stave off price depression. Deflation is a monetary phenomenon that occurs when you are on a gold or silver standard.
