At least those pump and dumps have a non-zero chance at profit and dont take 5 years living in a shit hole $100k house to do it.

>muh 20k equity
Worthless until you tap it, but you'll quickly find 2-10% of the house value gets taken as fees. You arent accounting for transaction costs to exit or unlock the equity. If you dont exit or unlock, it's just as real as crypto shilled bs... vapor.

Meanwhie for $500/month more I get pic related. Cope harder boomerboxer.

You have to improve the house? Sounds expensive, anon. Why not just rent a state of the art apartment for a few hundred more month instead of dealing with that headache?

There is zero guarantee you will see any money back. You sound like every fucking boomer in 2007. Stupid fucking boomboxers and their lack of basic financial savvy.

Cattle.

I hear all cattle feel quite nice before getting a bolt in the brain. Enjoy your slaughter, cattlegoyim.

>millionaires rent and poor people buy, but im special and its different because arbitrary mention of income differentuals
Cope harder. The truth is the same at 10k vs 10m income.

First of all, muh anecdotal evidence and how do you know? The only time wealthy people own a personal home is if it either is an arbitrary percentage of their net worth (<5-8%) or they are boomer bag holders that would have made a lot more money if they had invested their youth and income on something smarter, and either got semi-lucky investing at the right time and place to see a return worth mentioning. This is called the boomer lotto ticket, and they have >50% of their net worth in their house. Its like being the boomer version of wallstreetbets or bitcoin, but 10x less profitable.

The average person is an iphone using retard that wants to look rich, and the boomer conditioning tells them houses are a great way to do it. Its not.
